The Billing Process
If you would like to settle your Hi-Velocity account on a recurring basis using the details of your Bank debit or credit card (solely VISA or Mastercard) you must first sign and complete the form of authority below. Electronic forms of authorization are permitted by our Merchant Service Provider however, for the avoidance of doubt we prefer to have such an agreement signed and in writing.
Once received we will keep this information on file for the purpose of obtaining payment according to the products and / or services you have requested on your account and in accordance with the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy as set out on the Hi-Velocity website.
You may cancel this arrangement at any time by writing to us with your request at the address shown below.
