12. MAC code, what is the procedure?
Procedures governing release of MAC codes
Release of MAC codes to Customers wishing to cancel and migrate to another supplier will be subject to the following conditions being met.
1) Initial requests must be submitted via the following E-Mail address stating the following information:

Information Required: Full Username, Name, Address, ADSL line number and alternative contact number. Please also include your preferred contact E-Mail address and a back-up E-Mail address to ensure efficient communications. Please ensure that you clearly state your wish to migrate away.
On date of receipt a MAC code will be requested and provided within 5 working days
Once a MAC code has been provided you will receive a final invoice. Please note that this invoice will include all days up to the expiration date of your MAC code which is approximately 30 days. Please also note that your service will continue to operate as normal up to this date and will cease to function after this date.
If you do not intend to use your MAC code within this 30 day period please be advised that any subsequent requests for a MAC code will be subject to a second final invoice to cover the days for which your service will be operational. If this is likely to be the case you must contact us ASAP so that account cancellation can be avoided.
Please note that should you fail to pay your outstanding invoices promptly your debt will be passed to a collections agency and you will incur further costs.
